Office Parties, Retirement Parties, Bar Mitzvah's etc.
Rumari can open exclusively for your event in the afternoons.
In addition we cater parties at customers homes and offices.

Ristorante Rumari (Italian for Restaurant by the Sea) is one of the most popular restaurants in Laguna Beach. It is popular for three primary reasons. First because of its fine Italian food. Second because of its location, away from the traffic and congestion of downtown Laguna. This makes it especially popular with the residents of Laguna as well as those who have been referred by a friend, business associate or concierge at one of Lagunas many boutique hotels. There is abundant street parking as well as a small free lot behind the restaurant. (If you have ever tried to find a parking space in downtown Laguna you will appreciate Rumaris' location) The third reason this restaurant is so popular, and some say the most important reason is the Crivello Family, Vincent and Max and their mother Bina and father Antonio. Rumari is truly a "Family Affair" and has been for more than 17 years!

Ok, so now that you know why you should come to Rumari you ask How Do I get There? Rumari is easy to find. Located approximately 1 3/4 miles south of downtown Laguna Beach at 1826 South Coast Highway in Laguna Beach. If you are coming from the north, such as from Newport Coast or Newport Beach it is 2 blocks south of the landmark Surf and Sand Hotel and will be on your left. If you are coming from the south, such as from Laguna Niguel or Dana Point, it is approximately 4 miles North of Crown Valley Parkway and 2 long blocks north of the famous Casa Laguna Inn and will be on your right.

Restaurant hours are Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. through 9:30 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 5 p.m. through 10:30 p.m. Most major credit cards are accepted; reservations are recommended and may be made by calling (949) 494-0400. Just look for this 2 story building on the East Side of the highway.

Rumari is a member of OpenTable.com.  By using OpenTable you can make an immediate reservation online for the same day or  up to a month or more in advance. OpenTable gives you a Calendar and a list of times that reservations can be made. It is very similar to booking hotel or airline reservations. After completing your reservation you will receive an email confirmation and you will have the option of adding your friends email addresses to your reservation. Open Table then sends each of your friends an email telling them the date and time of the reservation and includes a map showing them exactly how to get to Rumari. For instructions on how to use OpenTable look in the sidebar on the left side of this page. Of course you can always make phone reservations.
